RJ Despite the lame album cover this album is in fact not lame. A blackened death/thrash metal album loaded with riffs that make you subconsciously bang your head. The retro synthesizers add a much needed depth that a lot of releases in this genera are missing. Great performance, solid production. 8/10 Favorite track: Skinwalker.

Funeral Fog On my 3rd listen through, I downloaded the album in MP 320 format after buying digital album & let me tell you, it heightens every bit of guitar riff, drum blast, key hit, & the monstrous vocals! I can't pick a favorite track, they're all just so damn good! You'd be a fool to hesitate buying this album on any format!

Vredehammer is a band that keeps metal interesting thanks to Per Valla’s great skills in songwriting. “Viperous” is the band’s third full-length, following a highly acclaimed catalogue including a Norwegian Grammy nomination.

new member has also been added to the reins in the form of drummer Kai Speidel (Ex-Nordjevel and Totengeflüster). With their third release the band has incorporated a new musical element, and with the addition of «80`s horror keyboards» the Vredehammer sound is more atmospheric than ever.

Vredehammer Mo I Rana, Norway

Vredehammer combines aggressive guitars and Norse melodies. From 2009 to 2013 the band was a one man outfit and released the EP`s "4.September" and "Pans Skygge". In May 2013 bass player Kristoffer Hansen joined the band and "Mintaka" was released.
